1909-O $5 VF30 NGC. Variety 1. From a tiny mintage of 34,200 pieces, the 1909-O is the only Indian half eagle struck at the New Orleans Mint and a sought-after key to the series. This impressive VF30 specimen displays some moderate wear on the design elements, but most interior detail remains intact. The lightly abraded orange-gold surfaces retain traces of original mint luster in sheltered areas.(Registry values: N1793)
