1851 G$1 MS65 PCGS. A high-quality Gem that hails from one of the more abundant Type One gold dollar issues, this piece has faint peach overtones against rich yellow luster. A coppery streak extending from Liberty's neck to a nearby star adds character. The reverse is rotated approximately 45 degrees counterclockwise from coin turn. Population: 77 in 65 (1 in 65+), 35 finer (3/13).(Registry values: N2998)
