Low-Mintage Key
1928 $1 MS65 PCGS. Light tan-gold toning visits this highly
lustrous and well-struck Gem. The low-mintage 1928 (360,649 pieces
struck) is desirable in any grade, and in the present exceptional
quality it belongs in the finest specialized collection.
Higher-grade examples exist but are rare and costly, with PCGS
