Scarce, Low-Mintage Issue
1882-O $10 AU58 PCGS. Variety 1. The 1882-O Liberty eagle
claims a low mintage of 10,820 pieces, certainly a small production
total in absolute terms, but not particularly notable in the
context of the O-mint series. This attractive near-Mint specimen
shows just a trace of wear on the strongly impressed design
elements and the pleasing orange-gold surfaces show scattered minor
abrasions on both sides. Population: 19 in 58, 17 finer
