1881 3CN PR66 Cameo PCGS. This impressively preserved cameo proof displays razor-sharp details throughout and the absence of any post-strike defects. A tiny planchet flaw (as struck) rests between the tops of the second and third columns of the Roman numeral III, and the 8s in the date are recut within the loops.
