Full Red 1955/55 Double Die Cent
1955/55 Doubled Die MS 64 Red PCGS. An extraordinary Doubled Die cent. The surfaces are not only full red, but there are virtually no traces of carbon spotting on either side as well, a problem that plagues this issue as most coins were briefly handled by non-collectors in 1955. Very rare as such and of the greatest interest to advanced collectors of the Lincoln cent series. Conservatively graded.Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 2827, Greysheet# 2167)
