Very Rare PR67 1865 Dime
1865 10C PR67 NGC. The 1865 dime is a very scarce issue as only 10,000 business strikes were produced with an additional 500 proofs. This scarcity of business strikes in high grades has placed great date pressure on the few remaining high grade proofs with the result that only two NGC certified PR67 coins have been graded. Obviously original, this is a nicely reflective coin whose surfaces are covered with deep rose, cobalt-blue, and sea-green toning.
