1849-O G$1 Open Wreath MS62 NGC. All 1849-O gold dollars are the Open Wreath reverse type, as the newer Closed Wreath dies arrived too late for coinage that year. Although the surfaces show a fair quota of marks, the overall appearance is excellent with satiny yellow luster.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25BE, PCGS# 7508, Greysheet# 8056)
