1863 25C PR65 Cameo NGC. A crisply struck representative from an issue of just 460 pieces, richly toned but with distinct contrast between the lighter, frosted devices and the mirrors. The fields have a pleasing blend of gold and blue patina, while splashes of orange, rose, and violet toning are present at the rims.
