1895 10C PR64 NGC. This meticulously struck and attractively preserved near-Gem is richly toned in apple-green, cobalt-blue, crimson-lavender, and gold colors. Only 880 proofs were struck, and the business strike production was also very low for a Philadelphia Mint issue.(#4879) (Registry values: N991)
