Delicately Toned, Impeccably Preserved 1917 Full Head Standing Liberty Quarter
1917 25C Type One MS 67 Full Head PCGS. Even though extant 1917 Type One representatives constitute the majority of Full Head Standing Liberty quarters in today's numismatic marketplace, the present Superb Gem possesses numerous qualities that place it head and shoulders above its Mint State brethren. The rich endowment of mint frost cartwheels gracefully about both sides and accents the impeccable striking characteristics. Beautiful golden iridescence blankets the features and imparts unmistakable originality to the surfaces. With no contact marks to report, the coin easily supports the MS 67 grade designation. Unknown any finer, we suggest that advanced type collectors register strong bids when this numismatic beauty crosses the auction block. Population: 29 in 67, 0 finer (11/99).From the Frank G. Laiacona Collection of Standing Liberty Quarters.
