Antislavery 18th Century Conder Token
'Am I Not A Man And A Brother'
Circa 1790s Antislavery British Conder Token. D&H-1037.
Copper. Late 18th century British antislavery Conder token
halfpenny Payable in Dublin or London "Am I Not A Man And A
Brother." Though this is not a Hard Times token it does fall
into the general category due to the design, which is similar to
HT-82. This nice chocolate-brown piece would fit nicely into one's
collection.
