Description

1896 1C Cent--Double Struck--XF45 ANACS. The second strike is at 10 o'clock relative to the obverse, and is 90% off center. UN in UNITED is the only portion of a legend visible from the second strike. Rich tan-brown patina. LIBERTY is complete. The obverse has a few small contact marks, and the reverse has a hint of verdigris.
