1904 1C Cent Fine 12 ANACS. The second strike is at 1 o'clock relative to the first strike. The second strike is 65% off center towards 3 o'clock, relative to the second strike. The upper half of the design is absent from the first strike, while the right half of the design is absent from the second strike.
