1773 1/2P Virginia Halfpenny, Period VF20 Details, Corroded, NCS. Newman 23-Q. Seven harp strings on the reverse. The final roman numeral in III leans to the right relative to its peers. Boldly detailed, but the surfaces are rough and dark. Listed on page 24 of the 2004 Guide Book.
