Gorgeous 1842 N-3 Cent, MS66 Red and Brown
1842 1C Large Date MS66 Red and Brown NGC. N-3, R.3. Ex: Rasmussen Collection. The NGC holder incorrectly identifies this as N-5. No evidence remains of any reverse die lines through and below UNI. The surfaces of this beauty are fully lustrous with considerable original red color that is faded with bluish-brown patina on each side. EAC 63.
