Off Center Lincoln Cent on Triple Clipped Flan
Undated 1C Lincoln Memorial Cent--Off Center on Triple Clipped Planchet--MS65 Red and Brown NGC. The crescent shaped flan was clipped three times, one major and two minor. Struck off center at about 5:30. The surfaces are nearly fully brilliant with light blue and violet color. A lovely Gem quality example and a dramatic error.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22FS, PCGS# 2853, Greysheet# 312747)
