Dramatic Obverse Die Cap 1998-P Dime, MS66
1998-P Roosevelt Dime--Obverse Die Cap--MS66 NGC. Housed in an extra-thickness NGC holder, the better to accommodate the dramatic flange centered at 11 o'clock on the obverse. By contrast, the lower right edge of the obverse shows little raised metal. As with most advanced die caps, the obverse has a prooflike level of detail, while the reverse design is utterly obliterated.Auction Info
