1955 1C Doubled Die Obverse MS61 Brown NGC. FS-101, formerly FS-021.8. A sharply struck example of this popular error, famous for its prominent obverse doubling. Delightful mahogany patina covers both sides, which show only a couple of minimal marks. Some microscopic flecking is noted in the obverse field.
