Description

1941 Cent, PR67 Red
Tied for Finest Certified
Registry Set Essential

1941 1C PR67 Red PCGS. The 1941 proof Lincoln cent is plentiful in most grades but becomes rare at the Superb Gem Red level. PCGS lists only eight submissions in PR67 Red and none finer, while NGC contributes just nine more in this grade, also with none finer (2/17). No Cameos are known. These rare top-tier coins are actively sought-after by Registry collectors. This piece is fully struck from highly polished dies, delivering watery copper-orange fields that display unsurpassed preservation. A couple of tiny flecks appear near the T in TRUST, but there are no other mentionable imperfections. Eye appeal is outstanding.(Registry values: N991)
