1827 1C MS62 Brown NGC. N-11, R.1. The base of the T in CENT is heavily recut, which identifies this Newcomb marriage. This lustrous cent has lustrous mahogany-brown and golden-tan toning. Somewhat dark along portions of the right borders, and the reverse has concealed wispy marks near 3 o'clock.
