1875 3CN PR66 PCGS. A bold striking with untoned surfaces that impart a modest degree of reflectivity on each side. The obverse of the coin is faintly striated and a faint carbon remnant is noticed in Liberty's hair. Outstanding quality for this more difficult 1870s proof issue.
