Description
Ferdinand VI gold 8 Escudos 1747Mo-MF, KM149, VF Details NCS (removed from jewelry), very rare one-year type featuring a larger and more elaborate bust of the King. This engraved portrait is rather shallow compared to the more highly-defined, smaller bust that was introduced in 1748. Seldom encountered in the market, and a very collectible example despite the jewelry damage.More information about Mexican Coins. See also: Mexico World Coin Nationality.
