Description
Conditionally Rare Near-Gem Double Gulden
Free City 2 Gulden 1932 MS64 NGC, KM155, Parchimowicz-64. A
redesign of the 1923 double Gulden in a slightly lower grade of
silver, but also much more elusive than that issue in the choicer
tiers of Mint State. Near-Gem specimens are seldom encountered on
the market, the last our firm brought for sale was back in 2018.
This example is quite grand, with a heaping portion of mint frost
found glistening atop the lightly toned surfaces.Metal: Silver
