Description

Sought-After 1914-D Lincoln MS64 Red

1914-D 1C MS64 Red NGC. In the most widely collected series in 20th century numismatics, few issues are regarded with greater reverence than the 1914-D Lincoln. The issue's low mintage of less 1.2 million pieces helped secure its reputation decades ago. This noteworthy representative is well detailed with pleasing golden-orange color. Only the occasional fleck of carbon seems to preclude Gem status. Census: 31 in 64, 23 finer (6/07).(Registry values: N4719)
