1878 7/8TF $1 Strong XF45 ANACS. VAM-44. A Top 100 Variety. LIBERTY is slightly doubled, which is most noticeable at the B, and the cotton blossoms and leaves are tripled on the right side. This key 7/8TF variety is scarce in all grades, and is categorized as R-7 in the fourth edition of the VAM Encyclopedia. A ring of lilac and maroon surrounds the medium gray centers.
