Late Anglo-Saxon. Cnut (1016-35) Penny ND, S-1159, N-790, Short Cross type, moneyer Farthein of York, Choice XF, beautifully engraved on obverse, light silvery gray surfaces. Struck near the end of the reign circa 1029-35/6 AD.
