Victoria Reeded Edge Specimen 5 Cents 1870 NR RE SP65 PCGS, Ottawa mint, KM2. Full mint brilliance, with the slightest hint of golden patina. The strike is sharp, and the fields reflective, with surfaces free of mentionable flaws.
