1794 C-4a, B-6b Half Cent, VF35
Clashed and Bulged Dies

1794 1/2 C Normal Head, Small Edge Letters, C-4a, B-6b, R.3, VF35 PCGS. Manley Die State 3.0. This is the usual die state for the variety with a heavy die bulge left of the curls, and with prominent clash marks on both sides. The tan and olive-brown surfaces of this piece are smooth and inviting. The C-4a, B-6b half cent is plentiful in all grades, and a great choice for the collector seeking a single representative of the coinage date. Our EAC grade VF25.
