1797 1/2 C Plain Edge, 1 Above 1, C-1, B-1, R.2, Fine 15 PCGS. Manley Die State 1.0. This piece appears to be struck from perfect dies, although the crack from the border to the pole is faintly visible. Other than a small mark between the L and the cap, the surfaces of this olive-brown half cent are nearly perfect. Our EAC grade Fine 12.From The Mark Hays Collection of Half Cents.
