1877 Cent, PR65+ Red and Brown
Sharp and Reflective
1877 1C PR65+ Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. Scrutiny of this
high-end Gem proof fails to reveal a single point of strike
softness, and the fields are deeply reflective. About half of each
side displays bright copper-gold color, with a balance of burgundy
and olive toning. The Plus designation and CAC endorsement earn
this coin high marks for collector appeal. Proof 1877 Indian cents
are often acquired as alternatives to the conditionally scarce,
key-date circulation strike. CAC: 33 in 65, 6 finer
