1886 5C MS65 PCGS. The 1886 Liberty nickel claims a small
mintage of 3.3 million pieces and few high-quality examples were
saved by contemporary collectors. This attractive Gem is sharply
detailed in most areas but with a touch of softness on the lower
wreath. The well-preserved, lustrous surfaces are visited by shades
of golden-tan and lavender-gray toning. Population: 55 in 65 (3 in
