1865 H10C PR67 Cameo NGC. The 1865 half dime is a low-mintage issue in both circulation-strike and proof formats. Only 13,000 of the former and 500 of the latter were manufactured. Cameo contrast persists through original shades of golden-orange, blue, and violet toning that appears mostly around the rims. Liberty is particularly well-frosted.
