1849 1C MS64 Brown PCGS. N-22, R.1. Grellman Die State c. A vertical die line inside the E in CENT attributes the variety. The late die state, formerly known as N-6, usual for the marriage. Smooth golden-brown surfaces with olive-green toning at the borders and shades of lilac on the reverse. Our EAC grade MS60.Ex: Columbus Central States (Heritage, 4/2006), lot 318, which realized $1,035.(Registry values: N991)
