B-6, BB-25, Three Leaves
1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Three Leaves, B-6, BB-25, R.3, XF40
NGC. Bowers Die State III, as usual. This is a well-detailed
Flowing Hair dollar, showing uniform pewter-gray patina with
delicate lilac and golden accents. Wear is light on each side, and
the surfaces are smooth. No adjustment marks are seen. The reverse
shows a distinct grease streak (mint made) that stretches
horizontally from the rim at 2 o'clock over the top of the eagle's
