1864 3CS MS65 PCGS. CAC. Just 12,000 circulation strike
three cent silver pieces were coined in 1864, and most contemporary
collectors preferred proof strikes. This Gem has reflective fields
beneath variegated blue, green, and gold toning, with light clash
marks on the obverse. Population: 15 in 65 (1 in 65+), 34 finer.
