Charles VII gold Ecu d'Or a la couronne ND (1422-1461) MS63 NGC, Paris mint (pellet beneath 18th letter), Fr-307, Dup-511. 3.51gm. (cross) KAROLVS • DЄI • GRA • FRAИCORVm • RЄX, (double trefoil stops) crowned royal shield with crowned lis to either side / (crown) XPC • VIИCIT • XPC • RЄGИAT • XPC • ImPЄRAT (mullet stops), cross feuillue with quadrilobe at center and crowns in angles, all within quadrilobe. A beaming representative of the type, and one with commendable centering and strike, characteristics notably lacking on even Mint State specimens.From the Eternal Collection
