1890-S 10C MS65 NGC. Fortin-108. Small S mintmark, positioned far left. This beautifully bright, well-preserved piece displays remarkable brilliance on both sides, providing the appearance of a freshly struck coin. Two diagonal die cracks journey through the date, not mentioned on the Fortin website on which he lists a rarity of R.5, indicating 31-75 known examples. Census: 15 in 65, 7 finer (6/12).(Registry values: N1793)
