British India. Victoria gold Mohur 1841.-(c) MS62 NGC, Calcutta mint, KM462.1, S&W-3.7. Type A obverse, Type I reverse. W.W. incuse on truncation, plain 4 (without serif). Confidently Mint State for a type we're seeing with not only greater frequency, but greater collectibility. Displaying laudable boldness owed to a firm strike, the present offering is of scarce and coveted quality, whose boisterous reverse luster leaves little to desired for the type.Metal: Gold
