1999 $1 Silver Eagle MS70 NGC. The 1999 Silver Eagle
compares to the 1997 in terms of the total number of submissions at
NGC, but it is more than twice as difficult to locate in perfect
MS70 condition. Not a single tick or area of toning appears over
technically pristine and wholly brilliant surfaces. There are a
couple of minuscule milk spots on the reverse that do not affect
