1946-D 5C MS67+ Full Steps PCGS. Iridescent shades of
ice-blue, lavender, and greenish-gold toning visit the impeccably
preserved surfaces of this Plus-graded Superb Gem, with vibrant
mint luster underneath. The obverse is sharply detailed and Full
Steps definition is evident on Monticello, but there is some
localized softness on the rest of the building. Population: 14 in
