1889 1C MS65+ Red PCGS. CAC. A scarce issue in Gem Red condition, the 1889 Indian cent is rarely found so fine with CAC endorsement. This piece boasts the added appeal of a Plus designation. Each side is boldly struck and frosty with original luster. The obverse displays a bright copper-pink hue, while the reverse shows deeper peach-orange color. No distractions -- abrasions or carbon spots -- are visible. Population: 56 in 65 (3 in 65+) Red, 16 finer. CAC: 6 in 65, 6 finer (7/19).(Registry values: N2998)
