Description

1903-O 25C MS64 PCGS. Even though a significant number of 1903-O quarters were produced (3.5 million pieces), it is a scarce issue in grades above the XF level due to heavy circulation. This attractive near-Gem is sharp on the obverse but shows the usual softness on the eagle's talons and tailfeathers. A soft, opaque patina gives way to light bronze toning. Population: 30 in 64 (1 in 64+), 19 finer (3/18).
