Guide Book Overmintmark Variety
1950-D/S 25C FS-601 MS65 PCGS. CAC. The primary D mintmark
is strike doubled, while the secondary S mintmark is evident north
and west of the D. This Cherrypickers' and Guide Book
variety is popular among series specialists and Registry
collectors. The present Gem example displays brilliant, frosty mint
luster and a bold strike, with no bothersome abrasions. CAC
