1787 1C Fugio Cent, STATES UNITED, 4 Cinquefoils, Pointed Rays -- Reverse Improperly Cleaned -- NGC Details. XF. N. 11-X, W-6790, R.4. Well defined with moderate wear and no visible marks. Brick-red and steel-blue shades suggest the piece is recolored and retoned. Struck from a clashed obverse die. Listed on page 87 of the 2013 Guide Book.From The Dr. Charles Nelson Collection.
