is recut at its base on this Premium Gem proof 1859 half dime. The
strike is sharp, and the fields are deeply reflective. Mottled
amber-gold and olive-green toning blankets each side. This issue is
seldom seen so fine and rarely finer. Population: 11 in 66, 5
