1892 5C PR66 Cameo PCGS. CAC. This eye-catching proof Cameo is devoid of toning which allows the stark white-on-black contrast to glow uninhibited. A couple of small planchet voids (mint-made) are located in the reverse field above the Roman numeral, but there are no other obvious interruptions in the glass-like mirrors.
