Description

1828 1/2 C 13 Stars, C-3, B-2, R.1, MS64 Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. Manley Die State 1.0. Closer to Red than Brown, though Liberty's cheek has mellowed to steel-gray. Lustrous and unabraded with a good strike except on the left-side stars. One small spot on the field near the chin. Housed in a first-generation "rattler" holder. Our EAC grade MS63. CAC: 16 in 64, 3 finer (10/18).
