1847-O $10 AU58 NGC. Variety 1. Ex: S.S. Republic.
The usual bright yellow-gold surfaces are characteristic of S.S.
Republic coins. This near-Mint example shows little wear,
although chatter in the fields prevents Mint State classification.
Satiny luster rolls through the margins. The 1847-O ten is elusive
in this top AU grade, and Mint State pieces are borderline rare.
