1918 5C MS66 PCGS Secure. Lavender-gold, ice-blue, and champagne hues merge throughout much of each side, while the obverse borders also show tinges of deeper rainbow toning. This Premium Gem 1918 nickel is beautifully preserved, satiny, and luminous. Trivial strike weakness is seen only the bison's shoulder and the hair above the Indian's braid. Population: 82 in 66 (5 in 66+), 10 finer (4/18).(Registry values: N2998)
